Your AI Agent setup, everywhere

The AI native
workbench

Every task lives in its own thread, with its own agent, its own memory and its own working directory. The thread holds the context, so you don't have to. Switch between projects like switching chats, and nothing gets lost.

Early access rolls out in small batches. No spam, ever.

#why

The terminal, the AI apps, the chat tools. None of them was built for this.

The real context killer isn't the tool you're in. It's every time you have to leave it: you switch apps to fetch one thing, something else grabs your attention, and the thread in your head is gone. Worse, the tools split one job into a relay: plan in a chat app, run it in another, open the terminal for the part that actually ships. Every handoff strands the reasoning behind it in a window you won't reopen. Agentic work needs one medium where the work, the agent and the output all live. Today every option forces a trade: collaboration without depth, power without access, or polish without capability.

#how-it-works

Conversation as the unit of work

Switching tools is never free. Every jump to another app adds cognitive distance: your focus resets and the thread of thought breaks. Keep the work on one line and thinking stays linear, because each thread remembers everything for you.

Everywhere else cli chatgpt gdocs whatsapp
Your attention hops between tools all day. Every hop opens cognitive distance: the thread drops and you pay to rebuild the context.
In Flyspace One line of attention running #client-b #blog #refactor #invoices One thread. Nothing to switch to.
Every stream of work lives on one line. Slide along it instead of jumping apps: no cognitive distance, no context to rebuild.
01

Run parallel streams of work

Two client projects, a blog draft and a refactor, all moving at once. Return to any thread and pick up mid-sentence: the agent, the run history and the directory state are exactly where you left them.

02

Full control over every agent

Watch progress live. Cancel mid-run. Steer while it works. Set permissions per thread, not per admin ticket.

03

Threads become documents

Distil a conversation into an article and publish it to your team or the open web. You never leave the thread, so the context never breaks.

04

AI agents at the core

Every thread is backed by a real agent session: your repos, your tools, your skills. Bring the agent you already work with. Remote-first and persistent, reachable from any device.

The polish of an app. The power of the CLI. One medium.

Built for people whose time is billable: consultants, agencies and founders who deliver client work with AI.

The same threads, drawn two ways

Read them as a feed when you want to know what just moved. Line them up on a board when you want to decide what's next. Nothing is duplicated: it's one set of threads, two ways of looking.

Why we're building this

Slack was our office. We built a bot called Custie that connects a local AI agent to it, putting an agent behind every thread: client projects, code and admin all ran the same way. The surprise wasn't speed: context switching stopped costing anything. Two clients, internal tools and a blog moved forward in parallel, because every thread kept its own context and any of them could be picked up in seconds, from anywhere.

Then came the walls. Runs couldn't be cancelled, there was no way to see which step an agent was on, and one bot account meant one bot. Going deeper meant choosing between an AI app's sandbox and a CLI chained to one laptop. The medium was right; every house on offer was rented.

Flyspace is the house, built from scratch so agents can be citizens instead of guests. And it lives in its own house: the app, and this page, are built and maintained from Flyspace threads.

Stop paying the context-switch tax.
